Furthermore contained in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands. Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million. The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir. Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner. This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying distinct areas of the property. In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
